1.Login to your blogger dashboard--> layout- -> Edit HTML
2.Scroll down to where you see <head> tag .
3.Copy below code and paste it just after the <head> tag.
Note: Replace http://yoursite.com with your blog or website URL. Here in above code, 15 is the time period between 2 page refresh. Change it as your choice.
4.Now save your template and you are done.
