Disabling Logon, Logoff, Startup and Shutdown Status Messages

These status messages are shown at the system logon and logoff screen. If you want to turn these off follow the below steps :

Go to Start -and type Regedit and press enter. Wait for the Registry Editor navigate to the below path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system

search for "DWORD value" DisableStatusMessages and change its data to 1. If you cannot find the DWORD value, create one by right clicking on the white space at the right side and give it a value 1

Note: You must have administrative right to do this.
