Remove Previous Network Share Shortcuts to speedup

When you open My Network Places, by default windows will scan and show shortcuts to previous network shares, this will take some time and may slow down your computer.

To turn this off and remove any current shortcuts, Open Windows Explorer

Go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab, in the Advanced Settings, uncheck Automatically search for network folders and printers checkbox and then open My Network Places and delete all the previous network connections.
