Keep in mind that TCP Optimizer will make edits to your registry, so be sure you make a backup prior to making any changes (TCP Optimizer actually helps with this).

Steps:

Choose your connection speed (mine is 2 Mbps).

Then, scroll down and select ‘Optimal Settings’.

Next, click on ‘Apply Changes’.

Click OK, and then and click "Yes" to reboot your computer.
