Microsoft GIF Animator is a historical computer software program for Microsoft Windows to create simple animated GIF files based on the GIF89a file format. It was freely downloadable from the Microsoft Download Center, but is now only available on third party download sites.
Animations could be looped, spun, faded in and out; users could set the size and transparency of images. Automatic or custom palette creation was supported.
1. Download and install Microsoft Gif Animator from HERE
2. Save every frame as .gif in Paint
3. CLick New
4. Now click Open and open the last frame
5. Click the Insert button and add the remaining frames in a descending order
6. Go to the Animation tab, check Looping and set the number of times you want it to repeat
7. Now select all the images and go to the Images tab
8. In the Duration (1/100 s) box, enter the duration of each frame (100=1 second)
9. When you're all set, save it
