VirtualDub is a video capture/processing utility for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows platforms (98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/Vista/7), licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It is written by Avery Lee.
1. Download and install VirtualDub
2. Run VirtualDub and open the video from File -> Open video file...
3. Go to Video and check Full processing mode
4. Go to Video -> Compression, select (Uncompressed RGB/YCbCr) and click OK
5. Go to File -> Export -> Image sequence
6. Insert the desired file name
7. Select the output directory from Directory to hold
8. Select the Output format (Windows BMP/TARGA/JPEG/PNG) and click OK

I wonder if I could use it to record FIFA world cup 2010 Finals from ESPN online channel. I often make screencast with DemoCreator. Can VirtualDub records what happens on your desktop?
